PURPOSE: To go in and out to a dressing-room and a bathroom easily by properly arranging a dressing-room floor continuing to the upstair unit-bath installation type bathroom and a general floor at the same level. CONSTITUTION: A bath-holder steel-framed frame 17 formed in a fence shape by conforming the external dimensions L of depth and width to the internal dimensions of H-steel beams 12, 13 surrounding a bathroom underfloor section is joined with the bases of the H-steel beams 12, 13. A bathtub 28 and a bathroom floor material 29 are laid into a recessed section, in which the bath-holder steel-framed frame 17 is used as a bottom and which is surrounded by the H-steel beams 12, 13. A drain pipe 32 continued from the bathtub 28 and the bathroom floor material 29 is led out directly to the underfloor section 58 from the side face of the recessed section. Accordingly, the levels of the bathtub 28 and the bathroom floor material 29 are lowered by the thickness sections (beam components) of the H-steel frames 12, 13, and the drain pipe 32 may not be led out to the dressing-room side, thus properly arranging a dressing-room floor continuing to a bathroom 14 and general floors at the same level. |
