HUMAN PROTEIN 1 SPECIFIC MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

PURPOSE: To obtain a new monoclonal antibody recognizing human protein 1 (P1). CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this monoclonal antibody has the following reactivity. (1) The monoclonal antibody is reacted with a human P1 dimer. (2) This monoclonal antibody is reacted with a human P1 monomer obtained by reducing the human P1 dimer and cleaving the SS bond. (3) The reactivity to the human P1 monomer is equal to or more than that to the human P1 dimer. A hybridoma to produce the monoclonal antibody and the use of the monoclonal antibody are provided. Tissue comprising P1 as an index can be subjected to immune dyeing by using a monoclonal antibody and a clear dyed image can be obtained by a monoclonal antibody having strong affinity.
