PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OLEFIN POLYMERS

In the process for producing olefin polymers by the use of a homogeneous catalyst composed essentially of (A) a liquid transition metal compound the metal of which belongs to group IVB of the Periodic Table and (B) an aluminoxane, a process capable of producing olefin polymers efficiently in a small quantity of the catalyst used and particularly capable of reducing the quantity of aluminoxane used is provided, which process comprises separating the catalyst from the resulting polymer and polymerizing the olefin repeatedly using the thus separated catalyst.
