The invention relates to a central data processing server for the transmission of data between a sender and an addressee, confering a legal value to facsimiles and to data transmitted. It comprises vocal card and data transmission units. It associates the recording of vocal messages of the sender and/or the addressee to the data transmission, and the read-out of the vocal messages thus recorded to those who are interested, for verification purposes. The vocal message may be the voice or signal emitted by an identification object. There may be a plurality of addressees. The invention relates to transactions and telephone orders, including orders associated to banking payment orders. |
