METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYESTER

摘要

Polyester which has excellent solubility in the alkaline hot water is manufactured by : (a) condensation reaction of alkyleneoxide addition product of bisphenol-A(fig.. I) with copolymerization product of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, and (b) addition of alkyl or alkylarylsulfonate(fig. II) for increasing solubility toward alkaline hot water.
