摘要 FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnosis by noninvasive detection of temperature anomalies of internal organs of biological object by their inherent radio radiation. Measurement are taken when antenna 1 contacts surface of examined object. Output of antenna 1 is connected through modulator 2 to first arm of circulator 3 which second arm is linked to input of modulation radiometer 4 and output of the latter is connected through inductance 7 to lead-out of resistor 5. This lead is coupled through capacitor 8 to third arm of circulator 3. Temperature sensor 6 which output is connected to temperature indicator 9 is in thermal contact with resistor 5. Controlling input of modulator 2 is connected to reference voltage generator output provided in radiometer 4. Heated by output signal of radiometer resistor 5 creates noise signal with temperature Tequal to physical temperature of resistor. With achievement of state when levels of noises across input of radiometer 4 under modes of open and closed modulator are levelled physical temperature Tof resistor 5 will be equal to measured temperature Tof examined object. Measurement of object temperature by physical temperature of heat resistor 5 does not require thermostating (use of thermostat) which makes it possible to simplify and substantially reduce cost of radio thermometer. Time of measurement of temperature of biological object should amount to fractions of second. This is achieved by small dimensions of heated resistor. Resistor proposed for thermometer includes resistive layer deposited on dielectric plate made from material with high heat conduction. Its opposite side carries semiconductor temperature sensor and termination pads to which leads of sensor are connected. This unit is put on microstrip plate. Resistive layer is isolated from dielectric base of plate by heat insulation plate. Resistive layer is connected to strip conductors of plate. EFFECT: expanded application field, reduced time of measurement and increased precision. 5 dwg
