FIELD: low-power motor torque metering in the course of its manufacture, operation and, investigations. SUBSTANCE: torque meter has base 1, supporting plate 3, movable fulcrum 5, set of permanent magnets 6, pendulum counterweight 14, loading disk 18, and movable post 16 for mounting motor 17 under test. Supporting plate 3 carries permanent magnet 9 with permanent magnets 10 and 11 installed on its either side on movable fulcrum 5 which prevents axial displacement of magnetic system.
