发明名称 PROCESS OF FLAW DETECTION IN ARTICLES
摘要 FIELD: nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: this process can be used for diagnosis of articles of variable thickness and complex geometry by parameters of their vibrations. Elastic vibrations are excited in tested article by knock, inherent vibrations of article are received, parameters of these vibrations are measured and flaws in article are determined with allowance for these parameters. In compliance with invention vibrations are excited in certain point of tested article and are received at two points. Amplitudes of vibrations in these points are measured on eigenfrequencies. Value of relation of these amplitudes is used to determine flaw in article. In flawless articles knock at one and the same point with similar force and duration of action indicates that relation of amplitudes of vibrations on eigenfrequencies at two different points will be constant and in presence of flaw it will change which is indication of flaw in articles. EFFECT: increased precision and reliability of test of technical state of article.
