The alternate oscillating movements of two driving levers (2,3), pivoting about a common axis (XX'), are transformed into a continuous rotational movement by a rotating shaft (4). A set of four conical pinions (5,6,7,8) constitute two planet wheels (5,6) mounted opposite each other on the axis (XX') fixed to the driving levers (2,3). These planets mesh with two satellite pinions (7,8) mounted opposite each other on an axis (YY') perpendicular to axis (XX').The longitudinal shaft is enclosed and supported in a casing (17) and extends outside the casing. It is mounted on the axis (XX') and driven by two disengaged intermediate wheels (9,10) assembled to rotate in the same direction on each of the satellites. The first oscillating driving lever (2) is supported by a casing ring (20) and the second lever (3) by a ball bearing (21).
