<p>FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: fluid has still waste that is waste of soda ash production and calcined preliminary in spraying dryer. Still waste has the following composition, wt.-%: CaCl59.4-65.8; CaSO0.05-0.10; Ca(OH)0.05-0.10, and NaCl 32.15-38.50. Plugging fluid has additionally ash from central heating and power plant at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: cement 12.50-19.80; still waste 2-15; ash 12.50-16.30, and water up to 100%. Plugging fluid can be used for hole cementation. Ratio cement : ash = (50-60):(40-50) wt.-%. EFFECT: enhanced quality, decreased cost.</p> |
