FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: multi-level building is formed with adjoining vertical pillars assembled of sectional or monolithic prismatic modules with one installed on another, floor and ceiling slabs forming stair-lift cage, and rooms with structure developed along lengthwise axis of the building towards two directions from its center. The modules include planes of internal walls and external walls running out building perimeter. This is characterized with vertical pillars forming building branches coming in plane together in the form of modules grouped near central cylindrical module. The grouped modules comprise trapezoid in plane modules running to building perimeter and adjoining central module. The grouped modules are interconnected with apertures. The branches themselves are grouped in turn around stair-lift cage composed of cylindrical modules and floors of stair-lift cage to form building structure developed towards three directions. Besides cylindrical members of the modules are provided with rings placed over the apertures, and prestressed reinforcing over perimeter. The reinforcing comes below middle plane of the floors and through ring rib. Cylindrical members of modules coming to perimeter are interconnected with finally gathered external walls with vertical joints on edges of walls being curvilinear in plane. Monolithic reinforced frame is placed in points where the curvilinear in plane walls are interconnected. Floor slabs coming towards building perimeter of modules are made in the form of cylindrical and flat parts separated with ring rib. EFFECT: high efficiency in building. |
