FIELD: rocketry and space engineering; ecological safety of launch vehicle working on propellant consisting of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (fuel) and nitrogen tetraxide (oxidizer). SUBSTANCE: launch vehicle has propellant tank 2 for nitrogen-containing liquid rocket fuel, propellant tank 3 for oxidizer, reservoir 4 for cross-linking agent of nitrogen-containing liquid rocket fuel, system for feeding cross-linking agent to propellant tank 2 which consists of pressure accumulator 5, blow-out valve 6 electrically connected with control system of launch vehicle, high-pressure manifold 8, low-pressure manifold 9, start cut-off valve 10 electrically connected with control system of launch vehicle. Cross-linking agent reservoir 4 is provided with displacement diaphragm 11 dividing interior of reservoir 4 into gas chamber 12 hydraulically connected with pressure accumulator 5 and liquid chamber 13 connected with interior of propellant tank 2 by means of spraying device 14 and filling valve 15. Cross-linking agent reservoir 4 may be located inside propellant tank 2 and may be attached to casing of launch vehicle 1. Structuration of nitrogen-containing rocket propellant makes it possible to obtain ecologically safe and fire- and explosion-proof water-insoluble product in case of emergency situation at launch device or on board of launch vehicle which involves danger of catastrophe of launch vehicle, as well as in case of fall of launch vehicle of ground. Cross-linking agent NAVOLIT may be used as cross-linking agent for nitrogen-containing liquid rocket propellants. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 5 dwg |
