The structure (10) is made up of a flow regulator (13) in which is a grease chamber (131) containing inlet and outlet non return valves (132,134). The front end of the regulator is connected to an application tube (11) via a connector (12) whilst a piston (14) is inserted into its rear end and is subjected to a reciprocating motion via mechanism (30).On top of the regulator (13) is an entry tube (133) which is connected to the grease reservoir (20). This reservoir is made up of a detachable container (21) with a hole (211) in the bottom to allow the insertion of the entry tube (133). This container (21) holds the grease cartridge (22).
