FIELD: mechanical engineering; infinitely variable pulse transmissions. SUBSTANCE: wedge-shaped overrunning mechanism has sprocket with wedge-shaped teeth at end surfaces, two half-couplings with teeth corresponding to teeth of sprocket and friction disks which are connected with half-couplings and with external link of wedge-shaped overrunning mechanism (shaft or holder). Wedge-shaped teeth are two-sided teeth. Sprocket is connected with half-couplings by means of shaped rod fitted in sprocket in parallel with axis of rotation for axial displacement. Cuts of rod are so located that circumferential clearance between rod and half-couplings is located on one or on other side of rod depending on its axial position determined by reverse control drive. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities and absence of necessity of additional reverse mechanism. |
