FIELD: alcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: raw is milled, mixed with water, mass is homogenized for 4-24 hr, subjected for heat treatment at 75-95 C, cooled and saccharified. The flow is taken off from saccharified mass, separated for two parts at the ratio 1:4. The major part is acidified and used as a nutrient medium for cultivation of yeast Sacch. cerevisiae, and the less part is used for bacteria Zymomonas followed by mixing cultures obtained. Then saccharified wort is added to the remained flow and fermented with yeast and bacteria mixture. EFFECT: improved method of ethanol production. |
