FIELD: mechanical engineering; transportation vehicles, manipulators and devices providing one-direction transmission of torque. SUBSTANCE: traction and braking gears of gear train are made so that their pitch circles are outside gear rims, and pitch circle of braking gear is located outside gear circumference. Necessary condition to provide smooth braking is making of tooth spiral angle of traction gear equal to or exceeding similar spiral angle of braking gear. Train can be made with herringbone or internal gear engagement. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical characteristics, provision of smooth operation owing to preserved direction of action of friction forces onto tooth working surfaces. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
