METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF DIMETHYL-[1-(1-PHENYLETHOXYCARBONYL)-PROPENYL-2]-PHOSPHATE

FIELD: organophosphorus compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: insectoacaricide dimethyl-[1-(1-phenylethoxycarbonyl)-propenyl-2]-phosphate (ciodrin). Method involves the interaction of acetoacetic acid 1-phenyl ester with dimethylchlorophosphate in an aqueous-organic medium at 0-10 C in the presence of potassium hydroxide and catalyst of interphase transfer, in part, quaternary ammonium base salts. Dimethylchlorophosphate is used as 65-70% solution in methylene chloride. Reaction is carried out by two steps. At the first stage the mole ratio of acetoacetic acid 1-phenyl ester : dimethylchlorophosphate : KOH : catalyst = 1:1:(1-1.8):(0.1-0.5); at the second stage the mole ratio of dimethylchlorophosphate : KOH : catalyst = 0.5:(0.6-0.7):0.05. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
