PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase not only a printing speed but also resolution a grade and processing quantity while reducing the number of mutual connections by arranging an ink supply device for a nozzle orifice row in a printing cartridge. SOLUTION: Conductive lines are provided on the rear surface of a flexible circuit 18 by usual planographic etching or plating processing to terminate at large contact pads 20 constituted so as to be mutually connected to a printer. A printing cartridge 10 is constituted so that the contact pads 20 provided to the front surface of the flexible circuit 18 come into contact with printer electrodes to apply an energizing signal generated in the outside to a printing head. The other ends of the conductive lines pierce through a window 22 and the flexible circuit 18 to spread to be easily connected to the electrodes of a silicon substrate provided with heater resistors. A sealant is charged in windows 22, 24 to protect the lower layer portion of the lines and the substrate.
