<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of air cut noise and strike noise by a method wherein a valve part comprises a suction valve and a discharge valve and by cutting the outer peripheral parts of the suction valve and the discharge valve, a moving piece is formed. CONSTITUTION: Through movement of a vibrator 13 laterally vibrated by means of an alternating magnetic field generated according to an alternating current fed to a coil 12a, fluid is discharged from a delivery port 19 through a suction chamber 16, an exhaust chamber 4, an an exhaust hole 17 by means of an intake port 6. Since, during operation, cuts 28a are formed in the peripheral parts of a suction valve 15 and a discharge valve 18 to form a number of moving piece 28, a valve 25 is deformed by a low force. Thus, when the valve part 25 is opened, the valve is momentarily deformed and promptly the suction hole 16 is opened and a flow passage is widely spread and when the valve part is closed, since a reaction force by the moving piece 28 is low, the force of a contact with a partition wall 14 is low. This constitution causes the valve part of a valve body to be apt to deform, whereby when a valve part is operated to open, a need for a compression force is eliminated, a sufficient flow passage is momentarily formed. When the valve is operated to close, a working reaction force is reduced.</p> |
