Determining plug open=closed position for stop valve

The plug (13) is moved in a housing (11) from an open to the closed position and back by a drive transmission (14). With the plug in an open position the housing is provided with a radial bore (16), and the drive transmission with an aligned, open position adjusting bore (17). The plug is then moved to the closed position and the drive transmission fitted with closed position adjusting bore (18) via the radial housing bore. The alignment of the two adjusting bores is checked and corrected by an adjusting pin (19), insertable into the housing bore.
