Concrete sleeper for tracks with guide rails

The sleeper (1) has a guide rail (13) with a support which is screwed onto the upper surface of the shoulder (5) of the sleeper. The support has a flat baseplate (12) with a spur (15) on its underside, which engages in a groove (16) in the upper surface of the shoulder via an insulating layer (17). The spur transmits horizontal forces from the guide rail to the sleeper. The screw anchorage (14) which has a roughly vertical orientation, is subject only to tension forces. The anchorage may also consist of only one screw. The shoulder region may be inclined, and the screw may be normal to this or to the sleeper.
