The test pin consists of a test rod (2) made of conductive material. A test rod head (3) made of non-conductive material has an appropriately sized indent into which the bar is fitted. The distance (a) between the end of the bar and the head can vary from 0.1 mm to 1 mm, and is ideally 0.5 mm. For secure attachment, the bar and/or the head have nose and/or a recess (16).
