PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR THE PREPARATION OF OPEN MACROPORE INDIVIDUAL CRYSTALS FROM SOLUTION

The invention relates to a process and apparatus for the preparation of open macropore crystals from solution by using a desalting in gas form, wherein the transformation of the desalting agent into gas-form is implemented from a solution containing more than at least 1 % by weight, preferably more than 5 % by weight of the crystal-forming substance. The solution containing the crystal-forming substance and the desalting agent are recycled to transform the desalting agent into gas form, whereas the leaving mother liquor is recycled to the solution of the crystal-forming substance. The apparatus suitable for carrying out the process comprises a solution container (1), an evaporator (2) for desalting agent, a crystallizer (3), a crystal separator (4) and optionally a device (5) for adjusting the concentration of the desalting agent. The solution containing the crystal-forming substance flows in a closed circuit from the solution container (1) to crystallizer (3), therefrom into crystal separator (4) and optionally to the adjuster (5) regulating the desalting agent content. From adjuster (5) or directly from the crystal separator (4) it is conducted to the evaporator (2) of the desalting agent, wherefrom it is recycled into the solution container (1). The mixture of the desalting agent is gas form and the carrier gas flows in a closed circuit from the evaporator (2) of the desalting agent into the crystallizer (3) and then back to the evaporator (2) of the desalting agent.
