The louvred reflector (2) consists of side reflectors (3) and transverse plates (4). It extends beneath at least one elongated lamp (1) and has an outer reflector (5) extending downwards to the side of the lamp. The straight line joining the bottom edge of the outer reflector and the top edge of the louvred reflector runs, on a transverse plane in relation to the reflector arrangement, at a sloping angle alpha to the horizontal so that the lamp is positioned in the geometric shaded space defined by the straight line.
