A tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative represented by formula (1), having a fibrinogen aggregation inhibiting effect and usable as an antithrombotic agent or a platelet aggregation inhibitor, and a medicinal preparation containing the same. In the said formula B and G represent each alkylene which may be substituted by alkyl, etc.; D represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; E represents 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline bonded to G at the 2-position which may be substituted by R1 to R4; R1 to R4 represent each alkyl, etc.; L represents hydroxy, etc.; A represents a substituent of formula (2); and C represents carbon, wherein M and R5 to R8 represent each hydrogen, alkyl, etc.
