Oral cyclosporin formulations

Oral cyclosporin formulations in the form of drinkable solns. or capsules contain (by wt.): (a) 1 part of one or more amorphous cyclosporins, (b) 7.5-7.8 parts of a polyethylene glycol monoester of a satd. 10-22C hydroxy fatty acid, (c) 0.7-0.8 parts of a monohydric alcohol cosolvent, and (d) 0.7-0.8 parts of a polyhydric alcohol cosolvent.
