Perovskite containing composite material, process for its preparation, electronic component and module.

Composite contg. perovskite has a substrate, an intermediate layer of a first perovskite (I) contg. Ti and a top layer of a second perovskite (II), in which both (I) and (II) are quat. or more highly substd. perovskites. Also claimed are: (i) a method for making the composite; (ii) electronic devices contg. the composite; and (iii) modules with integrated passive devices with a device of this type. Both (I) and (II) contain Ti, (I) having a higher Ti content than (II). (I) and/or (II) also contains Pb. In particular, (II) is PbZrxTi1-2O3 (x = 0.53 to less than 1); (Pb1-1.5yLay)ZrxTi1-xO3 (y = 0.01-0.15; x = 0.53 to less than 1); or Pb(MgNb)xTi1-xO3 (x = 0.65-0.9); and (I) is PbZrxTi1-xO3 (x - more than 0 to 0.35, esp. 0.35). The substrate contains a layer of Si monocrystal.
