Compared with ordinary plating testing device as Hull Cell, circulation type or rotation type for measuring of cathode reactivity like plating properties or quality of plating layer, this method is used for testing anode reactivity by improved ordinary plating testing device. The device consists of rectifier(1) of electric supplier connected with recorder(5) of galvanometer, electroplating bath(2) equipped with anode(3) and cathode(4) in bath, and supply tank(9) of plating solution., frame pipe(8) for collection of overflowed solution connected with the lower part of bath(2), and the supply pipe(15) of solution with pump(12). The inside of bath(2) is equipped with overflow deck(7) and spray nozzle(6) of plating solution. Supply tank(9) is equipped with pH controller(10), and temperature controller(11). Supply pipe is equipped with flow control valve(13), and flow meter(14). The anode fixed bath is replaceable rod type. The reactivity of soluble or insoluble anode is estimated by observation and measurement of surface condition of anode, cathode electrolytic efficiency, plating voltage, and concentrations of plating solution or impurities in bath, with conditions of plating solution, plating conditions, and material of anode.
