The aluminum killed steel slab is composed of carbon not exceeding 0.003wt.%, manganeses not exceeding 0.20wt.%, phosphorous not exceeding 0.015wt.%, sulphur not exceeding 0.015wt.%, 0.03 to 0.05wt.% aluminum, nitrogen not exceeding 0.004wt.%, titanium not exceeding 0.45wt.% and/or niobium not exceeding 0.015wt.% as addition agents, up to 0.0035wt.% the sum of carbon and nitrogen content, at the same time, up to 0.012wt.% the sum of phosphorous and sulphur content, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The sheet is produced by the processes of ordinary hot rolling of the steel slab having the same chemical composition as mentioned above as a starting material, cold rolling, and continuous annealing at the recrystallization temperature of about 800deg.C. The produced sheet is used for the inner or outer sheet of automobile requiring good press workability, especially at the cases of press forming of complex and large parts, or of various parts with once work process.
