The compensating device comprises a first coil wound in one part of a ring core, the first coil being connected in series wiht a horizontal-concentrated coil; a second coil for generating a predetermined abandonment voltage by magnetic field of the first coil, the second being wound in the other part of the ring core; and a compensating coil connected with a bridge rectifier circuit for making 4-pole magnetic field with the abandonment voltage of the second coil, the compensating coil located on a neck part of a yoke.
