The artificial snow is prepared by injecting and freezing water-soluble gel, composed of a high absorptive resin such as polyacrilic acid salt, copolymer of vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid salt, copolymer of isobutylene and aleic anhydride or polyacrylamied, water and 1,3-dimethyl-2-fluoro pyridinum-4-toluene sulfornate, with high pressure gas through nozzle on a cooling floor.
