A roller grate consists of tandem rolls (1), rotably positioned around their horizontal parallel axises (2). Every roll (1) comprises a cylindrical skeleton with two side plates (3), coupled by longitudinal members (4) which are arranged in pairs and spaced in regular distances along a roll (1) periphery. Next, the roll (1) comprises a lining, formed from groups (G) of rings, mutually axially arranged from one side plate (3) to another in planes, perpendicular within a roll (1) axis (2). Between single groups (G) of the rings, the gaps for blowing oxidant air are formed. The groups (G) of rings are assembled from arc bar segments (6) which are held with a clearance between two adjacent longitudinal members (4), to which interposed pieces (7) are fixed. Every interposed piece (7) is longitudinally, in the axial direction of the roll (1), attached to the longitudinal member (4). On the interposed pieces the coupling pins (73), engaged into slots (63) formed on the first contact end (61) of the bar segments (6), are created.
