PURPOSE: To provide an electronic money bag system which is high in safety and easy to use. CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with an IC card on which electronic money information is stored, an IC card read and write means 1 which reads and writes information from and on the IC card, an IC card mount means 110 for mounting and releasing the IC card on and from the IC card read and write device, an IC card mounting operation control means 19 which controls the mounting and releasing operation of the IC card, and a means 17 which generates a signal for locking the IC card when the release operation is performed by the IC card mounting operation control means 19. |
