发明名称 METHOD FOR DETECTING ROTATIONAL CENTER CO-ORDINATE OF BODY TO BE INSPECTED IN X-RAY CT DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To detect a rotational center axis even when a body to be inspected is molded by resin with relatively low X-rays absorption coefficient such as an electronic part, etc., by providing a material absorbing X-rays outside of the body to be inspected (the body and so on) so as to rotate integrally with the body and detecting the real rotational center axis of the body from the outline projection image of the X-rays transmission image of the material. CONSTITUTION: An X-rays TV device 1 consisting of an X-rays generator 2, an X-rays detector 3 for detecting the transmission image of the body P, etc., is provided with a rotation controller 4 controlling the rotation of the catching mechanism of the body P, an image input/processor 5 executing processing of an image input and provided with an image display CRT 6 displaying the transmission image and a re- constitution image for CT and a personal computer 7 executing the control of the device and image re-constitution processing, etc. In such a constitution, the material absorbing the X-rays is arranged outside of the body P so as to rotate integrally with the body P. Then, the rotational center co-ordinate of the body P is detected by detecting the real rotational axis of the body P from the outline projection image of the X-rays transmission image of the material.
