PURPOSE: To prevent the generating of leakage current due to the occurrence of noise in a drive circuit and to obtain an excellent image display without occurring the irregularity of image in a drive circuit incorporated type liquid crystal display device using a TFT by providing a capacitor between lines between the power supply line and the grounding line of the drive circuit. CONSTITUTION: A signal line drive circuit 17 is constituted of shift registers 21a-21d and buffers 22a-22d holding video signals by outputs from the shift registers 21a-21d, and its output is connected to analog switches 25a-25d having auxiliary capacitors 19a-19d. Then, first capacitors between lines 31a-31d of a capacity 20pF for noise prevention are provided between a first power source line 26 and the grounding line 28 for every shift registers 20a-20d. Further, second capacitors 32a-32d between lines of the capacity 50pF are provided distributedly between a second power source line 27 and the grounding line 28 for every buffers 22a-22d. |
