<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the setting shift in the setting work of a thermoplastic sheeting and enhance forming accuracy in the forming method of a laminated formed body, in which a fibrous base material such as forming felt or the like and the thermoplastic sheeting are integrally press-formed with cold press- forming molds. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic sheeting S as the stock of a sound insulating material, one end edge side of which is held by a clamping device 20, while the other end edge side opposing to the end edge of which is held by a clamping device 30, is pre-heated up to a predetermined temperature so as to be softened. After that, the thermoplastic resin sheeting S is positioned in an upper and a lower cold press-forming molds 50 and 60, in which a fibrous base material F under softened state is set, and just before press-forming, the clamping device 30 on the other side is released, so as to hold the one end edge side of the thermoplastic resin sheeting S at the press-forming and the press-forming is performed under the condition that the other end edge side is set free, resulting in eliminating the positional shift of the thermoplastic sheeting S and enhancing forming accuracy.</p> |
