KEYBOARD SUPPORTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a keyboard supporting device which has an excellent assembling characteristic and durability, is reduced in cost and is capable of supporting a keyboard with good accuracy. CONSTITUTION: This keyboard supporting device is constituted to freely turnably support the rear part of the keyboard 3 by a supporting member 14 formed at a keyboard chassis. A partly opened shaft hole 8 having an arc part is formed in the rear part of the keyboard 3. The supporting member 14 has a fulcrum shaft part 16 having an circular-arc part of the same radius of curvature as the radius of curvature of the circular-arc part of the shaft hole 8 and a circumferential angle of <180 deg. and a supporting part 17 extending from this fulcrum shaft part 16. The keyboard 3 is supported by the supporting member 14 in the state that the circular-arc part of the shaft hole 8 and the circular-arc part of the fulcrum shaft part 16 maintain contact with each other.
