<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to execute the alignment of a color filter with the read pixel of a solid-state image sensing device extending over the whole region in the longitudinal direction of the solid-state image sensing element in few processes by a method wherein the color filter is aligned with the read pixel of the solid-state image sensing device at a certain position while the alignment is viewed with a microscope and a color filter alignment device is moved in parallel to the solid-state image sensing device. CONSTITUTION: In order to align a color filter 60 on a read pixel of a solid-state image sensing device substrate 50, a pawl 210 of a first slider block 200 is finely aligned while the position of the read pixel of the substrate 50 and the position of the filter 60 are confirmed from above the filter 60 by a microscope. When one end of the filter 60 is aligned with the position of the read pixel of the substrate 50, the side of the other end of the filter 60 is also similarly aligned finely. After that, when a color filter alignment device 700 is moved on a solid-state image sensing device substrate tray 500, it becomes possible that the filter 60 is aligned on the read pixel of the substrate 50 extending over the whole region in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 50.</p> |
