PURPOSE: To provide a precise bearing device with less vibration and noise, long life and low manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A continuous circulation groove 13E surrounded across inner peripheral surfaces 13A, outer peripheral surfaces 13B and both end surfaces 13C, 13D is provided in a bearing 13 formed in a ring shape and a liquid lubricant 12 is circulated through the circulation groove 13E following the rotation of a shaft 4. The bearing 13 and the liquid lubricant 12 are cooled by the circulation of the liquid lubricant 12 and also a fluid lubrication state between the bearing 13 and the shaft 4 is maintained. |
