PURPOSE: To individually obtain a usage condition history for controlling a parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A parking vehicle number detecting means 12 detects the number of parking vehicles in the parking lot, a data/hour generating means 13 outputs present date/hour information and a usage condition grasping means 14 calculates the occupying rate of the number of usage vehicles with respect to the max. parking possible number at the time of receiving the number of usage vehicles and also compaires the occupying rate with a usage condition judgement reference value so as to judge a usage state such as full, jammed or vacant. Then, when the judged result of the usage state is received, a usage condition history means 15 stores the usage conditions, a date and time relating to each other and also edits the stored usage conditions as the usage condition history for a certain period by the request operation of an operator to output it. |
