PURPOSE: To provide such a light-transmitting film that deterioration in the absorptivity for IR rays due to UV rays is not caused, that the film as in a transparent state can be identified for its presence, class, top or back surface, or position when an image is to be formed in an image forming device, that after an image is formed, only the image recorded is projected by a projector, and that after the film is once passed in an image forming device, the film causes clogging to prevent damages in the image forming device. CONSTITUTION: This light-transmitting film 1 for image recording is produced by forming a recording layer in which an image can be formed by an image forming device on a flexible film substrate 2 which transmits visible rays. At least one part of the film has an absorption peak in 250 to 400nm wavelength region, an absorption peak in 700 to 1200nm wavelength region, and <=40% transmittance for IR rays, or it has an absorption peak in 250 to 400nm wavelength region, an absorption peak in 700 to 1200nm wavelength region, and <=40% transmittance for IR rays and >=50% transmittance for IR rays after the film is heated. |
