PURPOSE: To enable also position information of another vehicle to be displayed in a display device by providing a transmitting/receiving means transmitting detecting its own vehicle position data and receiving another vehicle position data. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether or not another vehicle position information is to be displayed. The judgement is executed by operating the another vehicle switch of a touch pannel 8B. When it is judged that another vehicle switch has been operated, the state becomes a reception one. A transmitting/receiving machine 21 stores vehicle position information (vehicle identifying data, lattitude data and longitude data) from another vehicle in an internal storage area. Then, stored another vehicle position information (vehicle identifying data, lattitude data and longitude data) is read out in a liquid crystal display 8A where its own vehicle position and the present running map are already displayed, the vehicle position is calculated from lattitude and longitude data and vehicle identifying data is made into a mark so as to be superimposed on a previously displayed screen and displayed. |
