PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in scratch resistance, flexibility and moldability. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by incorporating 0.01-5 pts.wt. nonionic antistatic agent into 100 pts.wt. mixture of 10-90wt.% hydrogenated diene polymer (A) of a number-average molecular weight of 50,000 to 700,000, having at least 80% of the double bonds of the conjugated diene part saturated, 10-60wt.% polyolefin resin (B) and 0-60wt.% ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (C) (the total of components A, B and C being 100wt.%).
