PURPOSE: To provide registering action in a favorable condition in each of plural guide plate members to be provided in an oscillation guide by setting a position of a gravity center of it to be within a specific range from a rotation center to the gravity direction, and uniformly inserting tip parts of documents to a nip position of a roller device. CONSTITUTION: A force F0 of a guide plate member 21 to press a loop of a document is a force F1 of the guide plate 21 to solely press the loop of the document on the back, plus a force F2 of a weight member 24 to energize the guide plate member 21. In the case where the weight member 24 is disposed in a range of 90 deg.-180 deg., therefore, pressure of the value of F0 is applied. When the loop of the document is small, an angleθto oscillate the guide plate member 21 is small, so the force of the guide plate member 21 to press the loop of the document on the back is set large. In the case where the loop of the document is large, the oscillation angleθof the guide plate member 21 is large, so the force of the guide plate member 21 to press the document loop is set small.
