摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To early detect abnormality by preparing state data by a state preparing means with the desired observed values of a plant as feature point and confirming constraint definitions by a confirming means based on the state data. CONSTITUTION: A confirmation storage part 3 stores constraint confirmation information showing the confirmed conditions of constraint definitions. A time storage part 4 stores the time for confirmation. When the observed values become the feature points, a state preparing means 5 prepares the state data based on the observed values and these state data are prepared with the observed values of the time for confirmation in the time storage means 4 as the feature points. Based on the state data, a confirming means 6 confirms the constraint definitions in the definition storage part 2 and the time for confirming the unconfirmed constraint definitions is stored in the time storage part 4. Then, the state preparing means 2 prepares the state data at the stored time for confirmation. The confirmed conditions of the confirmed constraint definitions are stored in the confirmation storage part 3 as the constraint confirmation information. Thus, the abnormality of the plant can be detected before the feature points are extracted.</p>
