PURPOSE: To provide a process for efficiently performing shape stabilization of a fishery paste product while molding fishery meat raw material and producing a fisher paste product of high quality having minute and distinct pattern by packing and molding fish meal paste raw material in an upper and a lower mold which are transferred in an intermittent manner and heating the formed material at low temperature with magnetic induction heating. CONSTITUTION: An opening guide 9 and a closing guide 10 for upper mold are placed at the starting end and the terminal end of a chain conveyor 3.3 intermittently transferring lower molds 4 placed on it, respectively. A filling nozzle and a product takeout apparatus are placed between the both guides 9, 10 and a magnetic induction heating member 13 is furnished in a middle part of the chain conveyor 3.3. The shape stabilization treatment is quickly and continuously performed while the fish meat paste raw material is filled from the filling nozzle and molded in the upper molds and the lower molds. |
