<p>PURPOSE: To collate paper so as to correspond to a binding position according to the size of the paper when the paper stored in a tray is bound in the designated mode by including a stapler in a sorter. CONSTITUTION: In a tray 20 of a sorter, rear part notches 23, 24 are arranged in the end parts provided with a standing parts corresponding to a binding part, and a notch 25 corresponding to the binding part in the corner part is arranged. For performing collation of the paper, a side part notch 26 and an opening part 27 are arranged, while a damper member 30 is arranged movably toward the opening part 27, and a shifter member 40 is arranged correspondingly to the side part notch 26. The paper is collated by using the two collating members, and a stapler is positioned from the rear part notch or the like, and then, a biding action is carried out.</p> |
