<p>PURPOSE: To restrain facilities and personnel for parts feed by standardizing a parts physical distribution quantity without increasing a parts storage space in the vicinity of a production line. CONSTITUTION: In the case of a parts feed instruction method to feed various parts to a production line, the dispersion of the feed patterns of various parts to a production line is calculated, and the calculation outcome of this dispersion is divided in the order of sizes, and the dispersion of the sum of parts feed patterns is calculated, in order, from the parts of large dispersion, and the phases of the feed patterns of the various parts are shifted by a predetermined quantity, and the dispersion of the sum of the feed patterns of the parts is calculated. By determining the parts feed pattern of the minimum value of the calculation outcome of the dispersion, the feed order of the various parts to the production line is determined.</p> |
