<p>PURPOSE: To provide a resonance sensor which can easily be produced because of its simple constitution and is highly reliable in inactivation. CONSTITUTION: In the resonance sensor provided with a resonance circuit with an induction coil, a conductor piece 50A is provided on the coil windings of an induction coil 30 through an insulated layer 60 so as to stride across the plural wirings. A high voltage is generated between the windings of the induction coil 30 by current flowing through the induction coil 30 at the time of being resonant with the electromagnetic wave of a high electric power density and intervals between the coil winding are short-circuited by electric discharge between the coil winding 30 and the conductor 50A by the high voltage. As the result of it, a resonance frequency is shifted and the resonance sensor 1 is inactivated.</p> |
