<p>PURPOSE: To secure the receiving efficiency into a rack without complicating the allocation control or decision of stop position. CONSTITUTION: The effective space of a rack 1 constituted of shelf plates 2, 2 and pillars 3, 3 is divided into frontage units U having fixed width and height. Frontage units U occupied with loads WL, WM, WS received in the rack 1 are set to be actual frontage units Uo, and empty frontage units are set to be empty frontage units Uv. When a load is received in a rack, it can be judged whether the load can be received or not, by the size of the load and the condition of empty frontage units Uv in the rack.</p> |
